About Andria

Hi! My name is Andria! I'm caring, patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy working with children. I have about 3 years of childcare experience, worked in the NICU at AdventHealth, and currently work as a behavioral therapist with children and young adults ages 3-21, including those with autism and other developmental needs. I enjoy sensory play, arts and crafts, baking, reading, music, outdoor activities, and puzzles. I'm comfortable using positive reinforcement, prompting, redirection, visual supports, and individualized routines to help children feel supported and successful. I'm CPR certified and can help with meals, homework, bedtime, playtime, and daily activities. I'm flexible and available for babysitting, nannying, part-time, occasional, and date-night care. My goal is to create a safe, fun environment where children can be themselves while giving parents peace of mind! My strengths are patience, individualized care, and keeping kids engaged and having fun!
