I have been doing care for 20 years and have experience in almost any and all care situations from hospice to dementia to companionship. In Canada, I was certified as a PSW (Personal Support Worker) which is similar to PCA or HCA in the United States. I have a number of written references and a few phone references along with my Canadian certification documentation. I still have a Canadian background check from before I moved. I currently work in this field for another company Friday - Monday but have been looking for an opportunity to get out and support individuals 1:1.
