I am a Certified Newborn Care Specialist with extensive experience supporting families during the important early stages of a baby's life.

Andreia was a great babysitter for my youngest son who is almost 20yo now. We feel like she’s part of the family, which I value it a lot. She’s a trustworthy, reliable, dependable and pay attention to instructions well, that’s why we still have her around helping us with my elderly mother, our pets, and our house whenever we travel. 

I had the pleasure of having Andreia work with our family from January 2010 to January 2013, caring for my son who was born premature. From the very beginning, she showed an exceptional level of care, patience, and responsibility, which was extremely important to us given our son’s special needs early on.

Andreia was always attentive, calm, and loving. She followed routines carefully, paid close attention to his health and development, and made me feel completely at ease leaving my child in her care. She is naturally nurturing and has a strong sense of intuition when it comes to children, especially babies.

Beyond her professionalism, Andreia became someone we truly trusted and valued as part of our family. She is reliable, compassionate, and deeply committed to the well-being of the children she cares for.

I highly recommend Andreia to any family looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and caring caregiver. Any family would be lucky to have her.

Andreia looked after our two children (2.5 year old toddler and 8 month old) on a rainy day at the end of a long break and was awesome.  

Right away, Andreia came well prepared - including bringing a few books to share with our children.

She took our 2.5 year old on a walk who had so much fun with "her new friend" and insisted Andreia put her down for her nap even though Mom was briefly home from work.

Andreia followed the schedule and plan perfectly and was diligent (+ patient)  with our kids.   She even helped our son who had been scratching himself by trimming his nails.

We were very happy for Andreia to look after our kids and look forward to working with her again. 

Andrea has been a trusted part of our lives since 2012, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the rare combination of a kind, gentle soul and a highly organized professional. Andrea doesn’t just 'watch' children; she engages them with a thoughtful, love-based approach to discipline and education that earns their immediate respect and affection. She is incredibly responsible, proactive, and moves through a home with the kind of grace and discretion that any family—no matter their needs—would find invaluable. She is a true asset and a total gem.

Unfortunately, my experience with Andreia was very disappointing. She showed a serious lack of attention while caring for my child. I caught her checking her phone while feeding the baby a bottle, which made me uncomfortable about her level of focus.

One particularly alarming incident occurred when she dressed my child. She put both legs into a single pant hole and then put him to sleep like that. As a result, my child was unable to move, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable.

Her English fluency was also very poor, making it difficult to discuss important things related to my child&#39;s care. To make matters worse, at the end of the day, she argued about the agreed-upon hourly payment, adding unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience.

I would not recommend her as a reliable or attentive nanny.

Andreia has been an incredible asset to our family. Her punctuality and dedication are top notch. In just a few weeks, she has achieved remarkable progress with our 7-month-old son, teaching him valuable skills like sitting unassisted. It's been a pleasure to have her care for our child, and we are grateful for the positive impact she's had on his development.

Andrea is great with my 18 month old daughter.  She plays games with her, teaches her things and keeps her engaged and having fun.

Andreia arrived early and ready to help with my 6 month old daughter. She really loves babies and interacted well with her. Even when my child got fussy Andreia sang to her, spoke calmly, and tried to soothe her. She was flexible when my daughter didn't settle with her usual routine. I would certainly use Andreia again and recommend her to other families, especially for taking care of babies ;)

Andreia went the extra mile with my two kids. She brought library books to share with them. She has helped us out twice and is caring and reliable.

Andreia took wonderful care of our 10 month baby for 2 days. The baby definitely enjoyed her company. She is punctual, dependable, flexible and enjoys spending time with babies.

Andreia was super knowledgeable and great with our toddler.
