Andrea is kind, loving, professional, clean, prepared, and knowledgeable. The first thing she did when she walked into our home was wash her hands! She followed my instructions to the letter. She was responsive when we texted her while we were out. Most importantly she really connected with our 3.5 month old. We just love her. Our baby loves her. Couldn't recommend her more highly.
