Andrea has nannied for our son for the past year. She started when he was just 12 months old and now that he's getting ready to transition to preschool, we sadly are not working with Andrea on a full time basis anymore. However, she has become part of our family over the past year. Our son took to her almost immediately with her loving, attentive, and caring ways, and she clicked with our 4 year old twins just as quickly (for whom she has babysat for as well on many occasions). Our son was not walking at all when she began working with our family, but within weeks he was fully mobile. She also taught him to count to 10 in Spanish and many other Spanish words. Andrea is very dependable, a wonderful communicator, loving, generous, thoughtful... and has SO much energy - always taking the kids out to do fun things outdoors and around town. She is also one one of the hardest workers I know. We love Andrea so much and would recommend her without any reservations!
