I hired Andrea for a long weekend. She was very punctual, showed up early, and her communication was perfect: she kept me updated on how my kids were doing and asked questions when needed. My kids also loved spending time with her. She played with them, prepared their food, and helped with homework. Most importantly, Andrea has a kind heart. She is a mom, so she knows how to make the kids feel safe and appreciated. I will certainly rehire her.
