About Andrea

Hi! My name is Andrea! I have held many nanny positions in the past--live-in and live-out. I have watched children of numerous families throughout the past 10 years, ages ranging from newborn to 15. Last summer, I was a nanny share for two families. Each family had three children, ages ranging from 6-13. For the five summers before that, I nannied 4 children; ages when I began nannying them were: 8, 6, 2, and 8 mo. Throughout college, I worked as an assistant teacher at an early learning center for 3-year-old. My first year out of college, I taught K-4 abroad in China. I can speak conversational Chinese and am fluent in sign language. I currently am on my 5th year as a high school English teacher with MCPS. I have taught 12th, 11th, and 9th grade. I volunteer with my church's youth group and tutor a boy with autism. Looking for a summer nanny job between teaching. Dates June 8-Aug 21. Located in the Cherrydale, Arlington area.
