My primary function on this app is find clients that would be interested in sick childcare. I like working with kids because they are curious. I homeschooled (unschooled) my kids and we had so much fun. I taught all my grandchildren to ride bikes, swim, & standup paddleboard. I'm looking for a job that is occasional not full time. Hoping to fill in for parents when a child is sick or has days off that parents don't have. I started working with kids 35 years ago. Now I have 7 grandchildren: 2 biological, the others are children of my kids' friends who have chosen us as grandparents. In my spare time, I run, read, garden, mountain bike, & play soccer on a coed team. I enjoy staying busy. My educational background is economics but have been certified as a lifespan doula (birth through EOL), and as a permaculture designer. I love adventures -both big and small. I enjoy getting outdoors, reading books, tactile engagement. Not a fan of screen time.
