(Andrea) Paola was early, kind, and attentive! My toddler has been struggling with separation anxiety, but I always found her happy and engaged in thoughtful play when I returned from my commitments. She warmed right up to Paola, who sent pictures and updated me on all they did/diaper changes/meals & snacks at the end of each booking. I felt very comfortable; I would definitely recommend her services!
