I'd describe my personality as creative, caring, and calm. I like working with kids because they unconditionally appreciate the effort you put into assisting with their development and emotional intelligence. I'm looking for a job that allows me to assist a family in need of childcare. I would like to work with a family that is interested in engaging in enhanced ways to expand their child's exposure. I started working with kids when I was 16. I lead children church at my home church for over a year. I have worked for Henrico County and Richmond City with children between the ages of 3 years old and 17 years old. In my spare time, I like to do my hair, organize, and care for children. One thing you should know about me is I am very flexible and understanding. My skills include assisting children with independent conflict resolution, appropriately explaining reality to children, and engaging in dialogue to expand vocabulary and pronunciation skills.
