From the very first moment we came across her profile, we had such a good feeling about her and she exceeded every expectation we had. Communication was incredibly easy and comfortable from the start. She was kind, responsive, patient with all of our questions, and very flexible with our requests and scheduling. As parents, that level of professionalism and warmth immediately made us feel at ease. She arrived right on time, fully prepared, calm, and genuinely happy to be there. What impressed us the most was how naturally she connected with our daughter. Within minutes, it felt like they had already known each other forever. She was playful, attentive, caring, and completely engaged the entire time. When we came home, our daughter gave her the most genuine hug goodbye, and even after she left, she kept talking about how much fun they had together and all the games they played. That alone spoke volumes to us. It is rare to find someone who is not only reliable and punctual, but also truly warm, trustworthy, and naturally wonderful with children. We felt completely comfortable leaving our daughter in her care, and that peace of mind means everything. We cannot recommend her highly enough and are so grateful we found her!
