About Andrea

Hi! My name is Andrea, and I am currently a 6th grade math teacher with the Clark County School District. I am located in the Southern Highlands area and have a passion for working with children both inside and outside of the classroom. I hold an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition, I am CPR and First Aid certified. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a nanny and babysitter for many years, and I now have over 8 years of childcare experience. My background in education and childcare has given me experience working with children of various ages, personalities, and needs. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable while their parents are away.
