About Andrea

Hello! My name is Andrea and I am a graduate student a Towson University pursing a masters degree in Speech Language Pathology with a bachelor's in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland. These last two years, I have loved working with children and am sincerely passionate about supporting their growth. I have gained most of my professional and educational experience at the LEAP Language-Learning Early Advantage Preschool Program at the University of Maryland, where I got to work directly with preschoolers in supporting them with play-based learning and early communication, as well as work as the Classroom Specialist. I have also worked part-time as a babysitter while pursuing my education since 2024. I have experience in helping with playtime, homework, meals, and drop-offs/pick-ups. I am currently looking for weekend childcare opportunities, and would love the opportunity to help support a safe, engaging, and caring environment for your child!
