In communicating with Andrea through chat she seemed like a good candidate. We chatted back and forth and she would reply in a timely manner to my questions. However when I then proceeded to ask her for an I person interview she never answered to say yes or no. I had to follow up offering a phone interview first if she preferred, she said yes to that. I asked for her number and she eventually gave it to me. However she didn't answer my call or text even after she knew it was me. So basically she doesn't follow through and I wouldn't recommend her as a dependable babysitter due to her lack of honest communication.
