About Andra

Children are a gift and deserve the best care in a positive nurturing environment with structure that's developmentally appropriate to ensure they are thriving. I believe I can provide this daily to any child I'm working with. I've raised my 2 children and now enjoy my 4 grandchildren in the evenings and weekends. I retired after 30 years of teaching preschool through 12th grade, leading other teachers on how to ensure students are learning and thriving. My experience with children is very diverse and extensive. I've cared for have ranged from 12 weeks old to 5 years old providing age appropriate experiences with a consistent routine. I ran my daughters day during her maternity leave for 5 children all under 4 years old. Lots of fun, walks, play time, learning, social, emotional, fine motor, gross motor, reading, language, creative development, outside time. I'm first aid and CPR certified and completed most of the trainings for a licensed day care provider.
