I have had the honor to aid with senior care since I was 16 years old. I am passionate about providing care to our loved ones while they are in the comfort of their home surrounded by friends and family. I am comfortable in assisting with meal preparation, medication layout, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, errands and I am comfortable with pets. I pride myself on communicating with family on any changes and keeping a log of day to day events. I enjoy sitting with seniors listening to how much has changed and what brought them joy in their youth. I do believe everybody needs somebody and I love being that person for them. I treat everybody as if they are my family and love and care for them as if they were. I have worked with seniors that have Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, mobility difficulties, and others that are perfectly healthy and just need someone around to keep them feeling youthful and going on with daily activities.
