I only wish I had found Andi sooner!

I can not emphasis this enough, you want someone who can TEACH you then “in’s and outs” of everything baby because I don’t care how many books you read prior to taking your little one home you need someone to show you the ropes and that’s exactly where andi excels! She would reach out even on days she wasn’t working to check in with us and offer advice on things we were struggling with.

Beyond her professionalism, Andi's genuine affection for children shone through in every interaction. We felt completely at ease knowing our daughter was in such capable hands. We highly recommend Andi to anyone seeking a nurturing and knowledgeable caregiver for their little one.

We hired Andi as a sleep consultant - Andi takes a scientific approach, and I love this. She observes and studies the baby and THEN crafts a unique approach tailored to such baby. Andi is AMAZING! As a new time mom, everything was new to me. But I had the pleasure of having Andi help me navigate through motherhood. She is extremely knowledgeable with anything baby related. She has been a huge resource for my husband and I. She sat down with my husband and I to go over a game plan for my son. She has checked in with me weekly to help with my son sleeping through the night and getting quality naps throughout the day. We are extremely lucky to have found Andi and anyone is lucky to know her.

She has been a huge resource of information and advice. She checks in with me weekly to check on my son's sleeping schedule and letting me know what I can work on. She spent hours at my home with my husband and I going over a game plan. She is readily available to answer questions. I HIGHLY recommend Andi, she has been extremely helpful in helping me get my almost 2 month old sleeping at night and taking good naps throughout the day. 

Andi is very attentive, intentional, and caring. She knows how to adapt her wealth of knowledge to each child’s unique situation. She takes the time to work with parents and make sure they’re comfortable prior to caring for their little ones. We utilized her services for help with developing healthy sleep habits and we were not disappointed. She’s extremely accessible and constantly follows up/through with any questions posed to her.

Hired Andi to help us sleep coach our 8 week old. We need help getting our baby to sleep independently & to sleep through the majority of the night. Andi helped us get on a set feeding, wake & sleep schedule.  Within 6 days of her first visit, not only was our little one sleeping independently, she sleep the entire night!  I cannot say enough good things about Andi!  We are still working with her on a consulting basis and she is my “go-to” person when navigating all things baby. ❤️

Andi is a master of her craft. Not only has Andi provided the sleep training reinforcement that we desperately needed after learning the hard way with our first child, but she also provides the nurturing of a Grandma and the Baby App skills of a seasoned TikTok-er.  She also has excellent taste in music. We have been so fortunate to have Andi during this important developmental stage.

Andi is a true infant professional dedicated to her craft. She has studied them and also loves them! She did some child care for us and also sleep coaching. Most importantly she proved herself to be trustworthy. I would use her again. I'm sorry I missed out on getting her full time!

As new parents, Andi acted as our guide to develop and maintain routines for our baby that we still use today.  The sleep training and engagement techniques that Andi taught us have been instrumental for our baby's development.  Andi was our very own Mary Poppins! Andi is the real deal baby whisperer, knowledgeable and calm with so much heart and good energy! She is GREAT with my baby boy- able to calm him quickly and read his personality and cues. 
Andi has been working with my family- since baby was 10 weeks- on establishing a healthy nap routine, independent sleep and adjusting baby to play that he didn't necessarily enjoy but needs for development!

I'm fortunate to have Andi as a sleeping coach for my newborn. I have 2 older boys and sleep was an issue when they were babies. This time around, I wanted the baby to have a healthy sleeping pattern. Andi taught me how to achieve that at an early stage. With guidance and support from Andi, he's sleeping better and I'm sleeping better. I would recommend Andi as a newborn nanny and/or sleeping coach any time!

As much as we would have loved Andi to work with us, unfortunately by the time we contacted and spoke with her she had already been about to start with another family. We had been looking because our nanny at the time was having health issues and had to leave. Although Andi was busy she was quick to assist me and actually helped with the process of finding someone. She contacted her colleagues and posted the job for me on a few sites she uses. She was able to get me in touch with a fantastic nanny and I really couldn't have done it without her. She also followed up with me to check on how we were doing with the transition. Andi is kind and thoughtful and I'm so happy to have found her ( not to mention she knows her stuff!)

We found Andi at the perfect time! Transitioning back to work was hard as a first time mom, but Andi made me feel confident my baby would be in good hands. It was obvious she has a lot of experience with infants, which was very important to us. She went above and beyond, taking time on her days off to reach out and providing us with multiple resources, to get our baby napping better. She is very reliable, always on time, and was flexible with my schedule. I wish she was able to stay with us longer!
