About Andile

I'd describe myself as organized, bubbly, and responsible. I love working with kids because I enjoy watching them grow, develop their own personalities, and reach new milestones. I also enjoy helping families and learning from each childcare experience. I have nearly five years of experience working with children. I started by volunteering at a daycare, then became an au pair, and later worked as a live-in nanny while also taking babysitting jobs. These experiences have helped me build strong childcare skills and confidence working with different ages. I'm looking for a position where the parents and I can communicate well, work together as a team, and create a positive environment for the children. I love teaching responsibility, encouraging positivity, helping with learning, and making childcare fun through games, activities, and sing-alongs. In my free time, I enjoy cheerleading, stunting, tumbling, and watching movies.
