About Andela

Hi! I am a reliable, energetic caregiver with experience in preschools and play areas, managing groups of 10+ kids. I ensure children are safe and engaged through fun, educational activities and music. I'd describe my personality as reliable, patient, and responsible. I love giving parents complete peace of mind, knowing their kids are safe and happy. I'm looking for a job that allows me to build a respectful relationship with a wonderful family. I started working with kids in high school at play areas and continued through college in preschools. In my spare time, I like to spend time outdoors in nature. One thing to know about me is that I am highly dependable and always prioritize children's safety above everything else. My top skills include creative group activities, active supervision, and clear communication with parents.
