Cilla cared for our son between the ages of 6 months and one year. We felt very lucky to have someone so professional, knowledgeable, and energetic working with our family for that time. From day one, she was engaged with our son reading books, singing songs, teaching him how to clap and wave hello. Cilla is a great teacher, focused on working towards next milestones and took genuine pride in all of his accomplishments. She is excellent at transitioning between being lively and silly and calm, quiet and patient as the situation demands. Cilla is very outgoing and proactive in seeking out neighborhood activities such as story times and play dates. She is easy to communicate with and respected all of our rules. We highly recommend her as a kind and loving caretaker.
