Anca was a true gift to our family. She helped me organize and clean up and set up systems for our busy house. My kids loved coming home to see how Anca had helped organize their project areas (art, books, closets) and work hard now to keep up what she started for us. She helped with anything I needed, and took initiative on things too. She is kind, thoughtful, and sincerely wants to help make life easier. I would have kept Anca forever but I decided to take a break from working and so now I have to try and do as good of job as she did! When I go back to work I will rehire her absolutely.
