I have 1 year childcare experience, including doing early intervention ABA therapy for young children with an ASD diagnosis. I'd describe my personality as ambitious, adventurous, empathetic I like working with people because I like to really understand an individual's personality. I find joy in connecting with who they are and how they like to interact/play, whether that be a need for excitement or a need for calm. I'm looking for a job that can make some positive change, big or small. I started working with kids in high school through babysitting. Friends and family began requesting my help.
