About Ana

Hi! I'm a credentialed teacher with Vallejo Unified School District since 2019 and have 15 years of experience working with Contra Costa County Library as a librarian assistant. I love working with children of all ages, from babies to school-age, and I'm especially great with storytime, tutoring, and helping with reading, writing, and math. I'm friendly, creative, patient, love to cook, and truly enjoy helping others. As a mom of four (with three grown into successful careers), I bring both professional and real-life experience. I also have a flexible schedule and would love to support your family! I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and creative. I like working with kids because it's rewarding to help them learn, grow, and build confidence. I enjoy being part of their development and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment. I started working with kids when in 1997 at Cooper elementary as a teacher assistant. In my spare time, I like to walk my dog and hike.
