About Ana

I'm a first grade teacher at GreatHearts charter school in San Antonio. I have a decade of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, coupled with my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and teaching has led me to pursue a career in childcare as well. I believe every child is unique and deserves a safe and nurturing environment to thrive. I strive to create a fun and educational atmosphere where children can learn, play, and grow. My approach is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication with parents. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring children's safety while encouraging them to explore and develop their independence. My expertise includes a variety of games and activities, from outdoor sports to educational games that promote learning. I have a college degree in early childhood education from Texas A&M - San Antonio. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
