Hello! I am a kind and responsible person with experience helping those with dementia. I was a full-time granny sitter, as I called it, for about 8 months for a lovely woman with dementia. I would make her meals, take her on outings, color together, and we would enjoy daily walks around the neighborhood. I have learned de-escalation skills as well as the patterns and side effects of those with dementia, and have successfully managed them.
