Ana was hired for two days. My husband and I spent over 1K to attend a business conference. There was a virtual option, but we decided to travel from Utah to Washington to attend in person. She watched my son the first night, but canceled the next day, when she was supposed to work 8:45 am - 11:30 pm. She said there was an emergency, and I understand those happen, but it has completely ruined our trip. 

I was impressed she brought a stroller and took my son on a walk, but I’m unhappy overall. 

Could not give a higher score. Ana looks after our 3 months old. When she arrives we have comfort that he’ll be looked after, will be safe and looked after. Ana is great with our son, tidy, hugely knowledgeable, professional and compatible. Big thumbs up. 

We have had the pleasure of having Ana care for our 10-month-old. We couldn't be happier with the experience so far. From the moment Ana arrived, she was warm, attentive, and immediately connected with our baby. She is always punctual, reliable, incredibly gentle, and nurturing. As first-time parents, Ana has been a wealth of knowledge - guiding us through issues like introducing solid foods, naps/sleep, and child-proofing our home.
Ana keeps our little one engaged with age-appropriate play, songs, walks, outings, bi-lingual lessons, and activities that help encourage development. 
We also really appreciate how communicative Ana is. She gives us timely updates and makes sure we're always in the loop.
It's not easy to trust someone with your infant, but Ana has quickly earned that trust with our family. We feel at ease knowing our child is in such loving and capable hands. We'd recommend Ana to any family looking for a caring, responsible, and experienced nanny.

Ana is wonderful, really engages our kids! She is communicative, kept us informed of their activities. The kids had a great time and are already asking for her return. 

Ana is a phenomenal caregiver and we would absolutely recommend her to others without hesitation. We began working with her over four months ago and she's become an integral part of our family. Our 3-year-old was immediately comfortable with Ana as they got to know one another, enjoyed playtime around the house and began going on adventures around the neighborhood together. As we've expanded the scope of her responsibilities with our child, she's navigated each one with ease. She did a great job of identifying our child's interests early on (sports, reading, outdoor play) and prioritizing those during their time together. Additionally, she's helped him build new skills like cleaning up his toys and preparing for a new sibling in the family. Despite our toddler being somewhat challenging to put down for bed at night, she's done a great job of helping improve that process with him. He's felt comfortable enough with Ana to fall asleep when she's babysitting, as well as having her stay overnight while my husband and I got away for our baby moon. In addition to childcare, Ana does a great job of jumping in and helping with dishes and toy clean-up around our house, which is a huge help for us as working parents. One of the many wonderful aspects of working with Ana that I can't emphasize enough is that she's a fantastic and proactive communicator, completely reliable and always on time. 5 out of 5 stars for Ana!

Ana took great care of our 3-month-old. She was responsible and our baby seemed comfortable in her care. We would definitely feel comfortable using Ana's services again.

Ana cared for my husband who has Parkinson's Disease for 4 consecutive nights.  She was dependable, helpful and communicated with me while I was gone.

Ana is outstanding! She is so great we have used her twice in the past week and will use her again for sure. Ana is the only person other than Grandma that we have had watch our 20mo old daughter. Ana is very attentive to the way we do things and wanted to make sure she was following our process. She sent pictures and was very communicative during the sitting, sending pictures and making sure we felt comfortable. Our daughter loves Ana and our daughter doesn't mind at all when we leave. 100% recommend 

Ana was heaven sent when we ran into an emergency and needed child care. She was quick to respond and asked all the right questions to bring her up to speed on how to best care for our three month old. She is very caring and provided us with insightful suggestions which demonstrated her years of experience!

We hired Ana for a couple of evenings for our baby boy, under 2 months. Ana is amazing!! She asked several questions up front to ensure she understood how we typically care for our baby, and provided her own expertise which was quite helpful. We had a lot to learn from her :) :) .

Ana is kind, nurturing, dependable, and honest.  She is also very experienced with newborns and COVID/ flu conscious which were important requirements for us.

On the night before one of our outings, our baby decided to reject the bottle. We frantically called Ana for advice, and she was very calm, comforting and flexible. She said she would still come to care for baby, try a few methods, and call us back if needed. She managed to get baby to take the bottle even when we couldn't! 

As new parents, she put us at ease by sending lots of updates. She also actively engaged our baby with tummy time, songs, books, and toys.

We highly recommend Ana and will be calling her again for future date nights.

Ana is great with kids and highly reliable.  I would hire her again in a second.

Ana did a wonderful job looking after our 14 month old daughter  L. while we were in town for a conference. She took the time to get to know L. and responded to her cues. She had a lot of good ideas about activities and made sure that L. had a good time all while sticking to our normal routines. Ana was very punctual and dependable. She made sure to send us updates so we didn't worry too much and was very communicative about all aspects of the work. I wholeheartedly recommend her and will definitely contact her when we're next in Seattle.

Ana watched my 11-month old son while I was visiting Seattle. He was down for the night for the majority of the time but Ana still asked all the right questions even though there wasn't much awake time which I so appreciated. She is clearly a thoughtful caregiver and I would reach out again.

We hired Ana to watch 3 kids and she was a delight to work with. She came in early and got along with the kids very well. All throughout the kids were enjoying her company and seemed happy. We'd hire her again.

Ana is currently caring for our 13 month old daughter and has been since our daughter was 6 months old. In one word, Ana is incredible. As first-time parents, the task of finding someone to care for our daughter (the most important thing in our lives) while we went back to work was not easy and also not something we took lightly. From the very first day Ana started with our family, we knew she would be a perfect fit. Our daughter took to her right away and lights up every morning when Ana walks through our door. Not only do we have peace of mind that our daughter is safe with Ana every day, Ana is also constantly thinking of fun activities and games to play with our daughter to stretch her thinking and develop her skills. In addition to being an incredible care giver, she's also incredibly professional in her role. Ana has truly become a part of our family and we feel so lucky to have found her.

Ana has been caring for my daughters for two months now, and the time has flown by. She bonded with both girls immediately, and my toddler asks every morning, "When is Ana coming?!" - even on the weekends :) Ana is extremely dependable, showing up a few minutes early every day. She always asks about the girls' night and the morning so far so she can step right in without missing a beat and let me get to work. Ana is very thoughtful in planning activities to keep both girls engaged, which is not an easy task with a 2.5 yo and 8 mo! She always makes sure both girls get all the attention they need and is quick to bring any questions or concerns to my attention. She communicates with my husband and me throughout the day, so we always know how the girls are doing, and she often texts pictures of the girls so we can feel connected to them when we are at work. I am so grateful we found Ana as a nanny and look forward to working with her in the year ahead!

Ana provided full-time childcare to our baby and a friend's baby - both 9 months old - for a few weeks. She did a fantastic job with the logistics (food, diapers, naps), kept the house tidy, and the kids loved spending time with her. She quickly noticed what the kids enjoyed doing and would focus more time on those things. I would very highly recommend!

Ana is on time and very attentive to details. (She has noticed things that other care providers have not.) She focuses on matching the kids' routines and habits to make sure they are comfortable spending time with her. Our toddler loves how she plays with him on the floor.
