Ana Carolina came to work for us when our daughter was 6 months old, and she's been our only nanny for the last 2.5 years She's warm, responsible, flexible and genuinely loves taking care of our daughter. It's been so special to watch them form such a strong bond. Ana Carolina has a natural instinct for care-taking and connecting with children. I always feel at ease when Ana Carolina is looking after our daughter-- it's truly the best feeling to have found someone you trust and that your child loves being around.
