Anna was a totally disappointment. She needed to come and interview with mom before we could hire her. I help her to expedite the registration process for PPL (Payment) and found a room for her to rent. She said she could not meet mom until the day she would start working. When she started she wasn't coperative. She was very aggressive and rude. She only lasted three days and we asked her to leave. She also attempted to claim days that she did not work on the PPL portal which fortunately I was able to block.
