Ana cared for our daughter starting when she was around five months old, and we were so grateful to have her during those early months. She was sweet, patient, and so good with our daughter. She really listened to us and respected how we wanted to care for her, while also helping us work through some tricky moments. For example, our daughter was very particular about taking a bottle and usually didn’t want one. Ana offered suggestions and patiently tried different things until she figured out what worked. Apparently, our daughter preferred having her head in your lap with her feet off to the side of you. We wouldn’t have thought to try that! Ana was also very flexible with naps, happily doing contact naps while continuing to try the crib. She helped introduce our daughter to solids, too, and had great recommendations. As an anxious first-time parent, it mattered so much to me to have someone who listened. I had interviewed a few nannies who left me feeling like they “knew best,” but Ana never made me feel that way. She shared her experience while always respecting our lead. We fully trusted Ana with our daughter and would happily hire her again if we have a second child!
