About Anabel

Hello! I am a third year student nurse at The University of Tulsa who has knowledge and experience working specifically with older adults. I value patient-centered, empathetic care and strive to emulate that no matter the situation. I have observed and cared for older adults with dementia, alzheimer's, physical disabilities, as well as older adults who need assistance moving around the house or maintains adequate nutrition. I am certified to take vital signs, ambulate, change bedding/make beds, feed, provide bed baths, assist in using a bedpan, and other bedside tasks.
