Hi! I am an experienced nanny who loves babies and children, and am looking for a full time job beginning August 7. For over 15 years I've had the joy of working with children throughout infancy into childhood. I am a caring and kind nanny, and focus on helping children develop and nurturing their needs. I've cared for my current family's 2-year-old son since he was 3 months old, and I'm both excited and sad to see him move on to preschool. I tailor my approach depending on your child's age and stage, and am experienced with the needs of different stages. I'm patient, calm, and love children! I love singing, reading, playing, and cooking with children. I have a lot of experience with helping support babies and children (and their parents!) through transitions: sleep regressions, solid foods, socialization. I really cannot recommend Ana Betty enough!! Our son is our first child: Ana Betty helped build us stability and thrive as we adjusted to our new life. Our son was not the easiest baby—he had sleep and nap issues throughout his first year, and is very strong willed. All throughout, Ana Betty has been calm, patient, loving, and kind. She has a really great understanding of what babies and children need at what stage, and tailors her approach and day activities to the stage they're in. She has been really integral in helping our son grow into the inquisitive, stable, healthy, well-sleeping, and happy boy he is today. My heart is heavy (and full!) with this period of moving on from her. I wish we could keep her forever, but our son is ready for preschool (much in thanks to Ana Betty's caring!) and the new adventures that will bring for him. I miss her already and would be thrilled to hire her again!
