About Amy

I have been caring for children, ages newborn to 12 years old, for 20 years. I have served as a nanny in different settings, including working as a nanny on a dude ranch out west for a summer, as well as working in New Hampshire for several families. I love working with children. I completed a job as the Lead Teacher at Sandwich Children's Center. I was in charge of the infants and toddlers. It is wonderful working with these children. I enjoy so much, seeing the fresh perspective a child brings as well as the joy they find within everyday experiences. I take a lot of pride in caring for the children I do. I recently completed my student teaching working in the first grade. It taught me a lot about multitasking and caring for children with many different needs! Now that I am in transition job-wise I would love to start to nanny again (my favorite job!).

Amy was our nanny for our 6 month old daughter for 4 months and she was wonderful! She made me feel comfortable about going back to work, knowing that our daughter was with her and our daughter loves her. Amy is always punctual and is helpful around the house and is a fun person to have around.
