Upon applying for the postion, detailed coorespondence regarding role, and confirming interview, unfortunately Amy did not show up for the interview nor communicate no longer being interested. Inconvient and inconsiderate. I waited 15 minutes in the interview room, prior to reaching out 2hrs before interview to confirm appointment, and sent a follow-up text just after the interviwe appointment time. Lack of reliablity, communication, and professionalism.
