About Amy

As a childcare worker for over a decade I started off working in Public Schools as a Before/After School Program Leader along with working as a STEM teacher in summer camp. Next I worked in daycares as both a Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher and as a Floating Teacher. Most recently I was a Math/Reading Interventionist, giving individualized and small group instruction to children struggling academically. I also have experience with special needs children and providing ABA play-based therapy to children with autism. Although I've had many different roles in the early childhood field, the times where I feel most fulfilled are when a family reaches out to me and entrusts me with the responsibility of caring for their children in their home. I am a mother to my 7-year-old son, so I know firsthand the fear that comes along with searching for someone safe and qualified. I love being able to provide peace of mind to other moms like me and I look forward to helping support your family too.
