I have studied child development for many years and am also a certified family health coach. I love incorporating wellness in my work with children because I am a big believer that a healthy lifestyle should begin at a young age. This includes encouraging trying lots of new foods and breathing techniques and helping them learn to listen to their body. In my spare time, I love crafting, working out, being in nature, and spending time with my husband and two amazing teenage daughters.

Amy is the best nanny you could ever ask for! She cared for my daughter years ago and still remains close to her several years later! She is a true gem! She still helps from time to time but more importantly, she cared for my child as if it were her own. She is caring, organized, helpful, loving, thoughtful, and a former preschool teacher! She is absolutely one of the best things that happened to me as a mother!
