About Amy

I currently work as a full-time 3rd grade teacher. This coming year will be my second year with my current district, and my fourth year as an elementary school teacher. Prior to my elementary experience I worked for two years as a tutor in my alma mater's writing studio assisting undergraduates, graduates, and high school students with writing projects such as thesis papers, essays, and resumes. During high school, I spent three years working in an after school care program for children ages 2-4. I pride myself on my timeliness, my reliability, my ability to make children feel comfortable and loved, my ability to assist with homework assignments/school projects, and my insistence on keeping spaces cleaner when I leave than when I arrived.
