In addition, I have 12 years experience teaching children and one year teaching English composition and literature to college students, as well as a semester of tutoring. I also led a literacy enrichment program for middle school students in NYC with the YMCA and the Board of Education. My forte is in English and writing. I love igniting my students' passion for reading, writing and written expression. One way I do this is through getting to know my students as individuals and tapping into their unique interests.
