About Amy

I have had babysitting experience for 10 years and still loving it! Ranging from about 1-year-old to teens, at most 3 children at a time. In high school, I was a tutor for a preteen originally math but then expanded to Spanish, science and history subjects. Last school year I tutored a high school student whose grades greatly improved. I also have experience babysitting children with autism, which is a passion for me as my nephew is autistic. It has been a challenging experience but completely rewarding! Everyday I have had with any child I've taken care of has been the greatest moments ever! I have a great love for the development and creativity that comes with working with children. I am energetic, structured, happy and love to move around! Whether it is building a fort with little army captain or running around playing "tag you're it!", it is always a joy! Oh! also with my studies in interior design and child development there is always time for coloring and crafts! :)
