About Amy

Hello! I am a consistent, kind, fun and patient nanny with over a decade of experience. My experience includes being the lead teacher and supervisor at a preschool for 4 years, half of the time with infants (8 weeks to 18 months), the other half with toddlers (18 months to 3 yrs old). I am a certified infant care specialist with an ECE degree. I have wonderful recommendations! I also have a well-maintained car, and so I am reliable and punctual in all weather. I strongly believe in play as learning, and being emotionally available and attuned to each child. Building secure attachment is so important so a child can feel safe to grow, learn and explore the world around them. I love to experience the simple joys of life with children as they grow-reading together, making music, making art, doing crafts, going on walks and exploring!
