I'm originally from Ohio and worked with a sitter company in Chicago, through which, have met many wonderful families and children. I am looking for a more regular position with a great family! I am comfortable with cooking meals, cleaning, trips to the park, changing diapers, laundry, taking the dogs for a walk, getting the kids dressed, putting the kids to bed, helping with homework, doing arts and crafts, enforcing the parental rules (including bedtime!), and just plain old fashioned having fun with the kids! I am CPR certified and knowledgeable in First Aid care. I am an actor, stand-up comedian, Producer. I have also taught kiddos theatre and would love to enrich the kids life through educational activities and play!

Amy watched our very active son from the time he was almost two, until 3 1/2. She is very kind, patient and loving. During the horrible winter, when outdoor activities were unavailable, Amy would come with all sorts of fun indoor activities, such as science experiments with baking soda and vinegar, make crafts like dying noodles with kool aid, or playing a scavenger hunt for colored cotton balls. My son missed her when she left. Amy is a wonderful sitter and truly cares for the child.
