About Amy

I do not have professional experience in this area, but I do have such compassion for our senior citizens. My dad had Alzheimer's for 6 years before passing away in 2016 and my mom had a major stroke in 2018 and could no longer walk, talk, or read and, soon thereafter, she was in full dementia. I moved her from FL to a care center here in Boulder so that I could be with her. I got to know so many amazing healthcare workers there and so many wonderful residents. My mom passed away in 2020 with me lying by her side in her bed with her. I've learned so much from my experiences and truly have a deep love and respect for our seniors. They are to be treasured.
