About Amy

I am a semi-retired scientist with a grown daughter. Being a mother has been the most important part of my life, and I miss spending time with children. I am a big nature and animal lover, and I love doing home improvement and arts and crafts projects. I also love to sing and make music and share it with others. I also have personal experience with dementia care and house and pet sitting. I have never been a caregiver in a professional capacity, but I have had a wealth of experience in my personal life, including navigating neurodivergence. I am a patient, kind and quiet person, but I have a playful side that I yearn to share. I'm looking for short duration (>5 hour) sits to fill gaps in my schedule, but will consider longer periods if care can occur in my home.
