About Kate

Hello! My name is Kate, and I have over six years of experience as a hospice social worker, where I've had the privilege of supporting older adults and their families through some of life's most important moments. My work has taught me the value of compassion, patience, dignity, and truly listening to each person's unique needs. I'm looking to provide caregiving services outside of my full-time role because I genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships and helping people maintain their independence and quality of life. I'm comfortable providing companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily routines. I have extensive experience working with individuals living with dementia, chronic illnesses, and those with mobility challenges.
