I feel like our elderly can become forgotten in society and as a result, they are lonely and may feel they don't have anything to contribute to the world anymore, but I know these tender souls have things to teach us, if we listen. I also feel that the pandemic has added to their isolation from community and has only exacerbated feelings of loneliness for these precious souls. My prior job was a teller at a bank in Richardson, TX where I worked for 3 years. I enjoyed being able to help people in my role, especially the older folks. I also worked in Childcare for 2+ years at my church in Frisco, TX, as an assistant to the supervisor. I have 3 grown children. While this will be new direction for me, I feel I'm up to the challenge.

We were very satisfied with Amy's service. My wife has diabetic neuropathy and requires hep with mobility, eating, bathing, toileting, etc. In the two days she stayed with her, Amy was compassionate, engaged and positive. She is new to caregiving, but my wife had specific instructions that Amy followed as if a veteran caregiver. For seniors that know where they need help and how to do it, Amy is a great choice. My wife said she had a new friend!
