About Amyah

Hi families! My name is Amyah, I am 22 years old. I am a nanny because I absolutely love caring for children and I've been doing it since I was in high school. I do not view being a nanny as just a job, it is impossible not to fall in love with the kiddos I come across. I believe children deserve to be cared for by someone who has plenty of patience and love to give them. I love this line of work because I think it is so special to be a part of a village, filling kids childhoods with love and wonderful memories. Education wise, I have an updated CPR certification, a bachelors in psychology which included classes in child development and I am also a registered behavior technician providing behavioral therapy for children with autism. I currently work in a daycare as an infant teacher in the 12-18 month room. I also frequently work with newborns-2yr olds in this role.
