Hello, my name is Amya. I'm 25 years old and a graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I currently live in the Triad area and am enrolled in graduate school online at North Carolina Central University, pursuing a degree in Higher Education Administration. With my flexible class schedule, I'm seeking a consistent caregiving position that fits well with my availability. I have two younger sisters and grew up helping care for them while my mother worked. I've also cared for children outside my family since age 16. My experience includes working as a teacher's assistant in an elementary school serving grades 2-5 and supporting children with autism in a therapy-based setting.
