About Amira

Experience: 4 yrs

Hi! I'm a recent grad of NU, where I studied Ecology & Evolutionary Biology with a minor in Women's & Gender Studies. I've been working with children since I was 15, and have been a camp counselor and instructor, babysitter, and afterschool program teacher. I love kids more than anything, but I also love music, art, and nature! I enjoy finding ways to incorporate those things into my work with children, as it helps them to develop social and motor skills as well as an appreciation for the world around them (and because it's fun)!
