Im reliable and very caring and love my job so much, been doing it for 14 years now and also I use to take care of my grandparents back home. I love the medical field so much and im very patient with my patients. Patience is one of the must-have CNA skills because nursing assistants are responsible for providing constant comfort and care. CNAs often work with sick patients who may be irritable due to their medical issues. In some cases, elderly patients may be confused, scared, aggressive, or suspicious of their environment and the very people trying to help them. So thats why patience is very important, and I have worked with many patients over the years and im just passionate about my job. And thats important!
