About Amie

My name is Amie and I live in Salem Massachusetts . I went to college and studied elderly care . After college, I went to work with Mystic Valley elder services for years. The first couple of years I went around to different houses taken care of elderly needs such as shopping cleaning bathing and basically anything they needed. And then for four years, I worked with one elderly person who had Alzheimer's. For the last 10 years, I've been taken care of my elderly parents. My dad is 80 and My mom is 77, so I have dealt with a lot of Home Care aids, doctors appointments, nurses visits, physical therapy and occupational therapy, etc. I have spent the last four years working with one woman in Beverly mass who had Alzheimer's. I am CPR and first aid certified. I would love to work with another elderly family. (I am also certified as a pharmacist and a personal care assistant.)
