About Amelie

Hello! My name is Amélie (pronounced Ah-muh-lee), and I'm a 23-year-old Berklee alum, who has spent the last year as a swim teacher to children of ages 4 months to 12 years. I'm lifeguard certified, (includes BLS, CPR, AED, first aid, etc.) so your little ones will be safe with me! I absolutely adore kids, and I find it incredibly rewarding to care for them, as well as watch them grow, should I have the opportunity to do so over a longer period of time. As a musician and writer, I enjoy integrating music and words into learning activities, regardless of age group. I've been a caregiver for children aged from 3 months to 12 years for multiple families. Since May, my experience has expanded to include newborns. Duties have included, but not limited to, assisting with homework, managing housework alongside supervising children's activities, and being responsible for bathing, feeding, changing, and encouraging/facilitating imaginative play.
